工作职责：

Custom circuit design engineers are responsible of advanced embedded Memory IP development:
1、Design full custom circuit in the embedded memory arrays simulate, verify and analyze memory functionality, performance and statistical margin;
2、Build functional Verilog model and perform verification;
3、IP timinglib characterization and model-to-hardware correlation;
4、Evaluate and optimize memory architecture and methodology.

任职资格：

1、ME/EE or background in related areas，1 year work experience will be plus;
2、Experience in one or more of the following IPs or standalone memory product/circuits: Flash, RRAM, SRAM, MRAM, DRAM, Register File, TCAM, Efuse, ROM;
3、Familiar with transistor level circuit EDA tools(Virtuoso,Spectre,HSPICE,etc);
4、Good understanding of advanced semiconductor technology process and device physics;
5、One or more following skill is a plus: behavioral(Verilog, etc) model veification, statistical circuit analysis and simulation, programming language (Perl,tcl,Python,etc);
6、Good learning competency, self-motivated, and ability to work in diverse areas in a flexiable and dynamic environment.
