工作职责：
1、Analog circuit design, simulation, optimization and verification;
2、Providing technical guidance to layout, test, application and front-end engineers;
3、Analog and Mixed signal circuit and architecture definition, developing and evaluation;
4、High speed mixed signal IP block design, such as SerDes, ADC, LDO, thermal sensor etc.
任职资格：
1、MS in Electrical Engineering or Microelectronics or related fields;
2、Solid knowledge of analog, mixed-signal and layout design is required;
3、Solid knowledge in one or more area will be plus:
a) High-speed Serdes
b) AD/DA
c) SI/PI analysis
4、Tape out & debug experience will be plus.
